The Fair Squared Fitness Bands are made from natural Fair Trade Rubber (latex) and are available in 4 strengths for a variety of fitness exercises. Fitness Resistance Bands can be used for a multitude of exercises including strength, functional and endurance training as well as to promote muscle growth, improve mobility and coordination.
Each band has the dimensions 150cm (length) x 12.5cm (width) and varies in thickness to suit your workout;
Yellow Fitness Band: 0.16mm
Green Fitness Band: 0.25mm
Black Fitness Band: 0.35mm
Silver Fitness Band: 0.46mm
